Written by Mr Royce 6th Feb 1912.

Handed to T.C. 9th Feb 1912.

Mr Royce said -

Clutch should be tried using fabric tape 3/4" x 3/16" woven on a bias to suit the curvature of the cone and sunk in grooves, the ends being fastened off by means of clips, as described in this note.(of Feb 6th).
