X3513 Samples of "Paxolin" Required for Experimental Insulations on Units.

It appears that none of the grades of bakelized materials specified in EFC 1/T.21.6.21, can be obtained in England.
The Micanite and Insulators Co, Ltd, should therefore be asked if they can supply, two pieces each of the equivalent material in "Paxolin" to grade XX bakelite dilecto (paper base) and grade A bakelite dilecto (asbestos paper base) all 1/16" x 6" x 6"; and also two pieces 1/8" x 6" x 6" of similar material to Continental fibre (cotton duck base)
These are for various parts on the ballast resistance, actuator box, main switch &c.

Signed: F.{Mr Friese} Allen

This Sheet must be filed on completion of the work.
