BUMPER BARS.
Attached is Wilmot Breedons latest drawing of a bumper bar, together with a copy of their letter. The only criticism I have to offer is that the overriders may look rather peculiar in the position in which he has placed them.
Possibly you would lay them out on the front of a R.R. car and see if you can get better proportions. If they have to be pushed out as far as this I think they could with advantage be made less cumbersome.
