STANDARD 20/25 CHASSIS.
HALF CHARGE SCHEME.

Cases have been brought to our notice where agents have short circuited the small dynamo field resistance on the distribution board, in order to increase the dynamo out-put on customers' cars during day running.

We wish to point out that this is dangerous, as if the battery is fully charged up, the dynamo is liable to overheat and fail.

Any failure of the dynamo charge system to maintain the battery should be reported, as we are producing another field resistance to replace the existing ones in such cases in order to put up within safe limits the day charge.
