The following is a brief summary of the meeting held on the 1st inst.

The three experimental SpectreCodename for Phantom III cars being built as demonstrators for Olympia must be as up to date as possible. This means that we cannot stop dfc making any parts which are obsolete for these cars, because in certain cases there will be no detail drawings available for the latest ideas, but we must warn him that the obsolete parts which he is producing will have to be replaced by up to date parts.

The following testers should see that their sections are correctly instructed :-

E.F.M. & W.H.Hall.
Engine units, carburetters, cylinder heads, flywheel, clutches.

L.E.S.
Suspension, road springs, shock absorbers, frame, roll rods.

F.P.P.
Gearbox, rear axle, brakes.

J.H.W.
Steering.

J.E.M.
Pistons.

A.W.L.
Radiators, fans, shutters, thermostats, bonnet sides.
