To Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} 3-CYLINDER ENGINE. -------------------- Referring to the conclusion in Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/TAS.{T. Allan Swinden}1/JH.14.8.40, it occurs to me that when we run the proposed rear half of the engine we should not have in operation the 6 front tappets; this sill give us an observation of what we may expect as regards the less even running of the camshaft at slow speed.
