Suggestion to use rivets with smaller heads for narrow brake shoes to prevent lining breakage.

We note upon examining some of the narrowest brake shoes in the works, such as the 20 HP. hand brake, that the rivet heads are of such a size that the lining is liable to break through at the edges opposite the rivets.
