We will definitely adhere to your instructions, making the springs from Silico Manganese Steel, the bars being ground all over before coiling. We are pleased to hear that the results you have obtained agree with our own results, for we ourselves have made exhaustive tests over a long period. LTD., are requested to notice that they guarantee their efficiency so far as that they will replace any portions that can, in a reasonable time be shown to have failed through defective material or workmanship, but will not be responsible for any damages, direct or contingent, arising from such failure. In case of the occurrence of any strike of workmen, fire, breakdown of machinery, defective castings, or other unforeseen cause of delay the time fixed for completion of the contract shall be enlarged accordingly. All weights, measurements and powers given in estimate are stated as correctly as possible, and any trifling deviations shall not be taken to violate the Contract. Should any dispute arise on this Contract, same to be subject to arbitration. | ||
