EFFICIENCY OF SERVOS. X 9370 X5370 X4358

From the appearance of the Halo taken off 103-MC we should say that these were not the cause of the inefficient servo.

We should like to know whether any figures were taken of the efficiency of the servo. In the Experimental Dept. instruction on 4-wheel brakes, we gave complete particulars of how the efficiency could be measured.

We have also supplied sets of spring balances to the Test Dept.

We recommend that whenever there is any doubt as to the efficiency of the servo, the first and obvious thing to do is to measure the actual efficiency.
