The lubrication appears to have been ample. We have had no fracture of any of the spring leaves. STANDARD STARTER MOTOR & PUSH BUTTON SWITCH LOP.D.100205. The starter motor fitted up with the push button switch has operated satisfactory. There has been no occasion when it failed to turn the engine on the first attempt. The starter motor has been on the noisy side when engaged. DYNAMO Shunt Regulated Dynamo to Sch.546. Armature LOP.D.83770 - wound with 16.SWG. Super Fine D.C.C. Copper Wire. Bearing Brackets LOP.D.83780. Commutator LOP.D.83809 - using X.L.45 poles. Shunt Regulators C.A.V. fitted to dashboard. The output has been satisfactory, but there has not been a heavy drain taken owing to the condition of running. | ||
