PHANTOM II LUBRICATION OF CLUTCH SPIGOT BEARING.

Herewith we send N.Scheme 2973 shewing a method of lubricating the clutch spigot bearing automatically from the gearbox.

There is a slight modification to the gearbox 1st motion shaft, and thereis also a boss on the gearbox casting to be added.

It is suggested that care should be taken to make oil-tight joints between the clutch driven member and the housings of the universal joint.

There is a slight modification to the shoes and drum of the clutch brake.
