re. New PhantomCodename for PHANTOM I Car,New Type Silencer, 33-MC,
& Mr. Harrison, Birmingham.

BJ. has agreed that one of the new type Silencers shall be supplied and fitted to the above, providing -

(1) That it is agreed as being entirely satisfactory and passed as standard.

(2) That new Silencers have been allotted to all demonstration and Agents' demonstration cars.

Will BY.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} and Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} please let us know with regard to paragraph (1) and EWT. in regard to paragraph (2).

If the answers to the questions are in the affirmative will BP. please instruct a new type silencer complete for this car to be prepared, and when ready to despatch to Mr. Harrison, and arrange for a man to be sent to fit and test the car afterwards.
