Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer}2/H22.12.23, there is one matter I overlooked to point out in this report which I think requires the attention of SFT{Mr Swift} - that is that we consider more attention should be given to the mounting of the cork on the disc piece D.50892 previously referred to. We feel that the disc washer or the small pips are damaged in pressing the cork washer on to the disc washer, as we find that this washer is damaged prior to using the starter at all on new cars coming on test. It is also essential that the pips on this washer should fit correctly in any position on the carrier piece. EP.{G. Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer} | ||
