T.R.H/Childs K.L.G. Sparking Plugs. 6001. We have removed the F50 K.L.G. sparking plugs from 3SEX. This type of plug has a much higher heat resistance than standard and was fitted as a cure for burning of the points. In this they have failed, the gaps having increased .085" in 3080 miles, this being no better than standard. One of the plugs had oiled up, but we can't condemn on this account, as the car probably ran the week-end without ignition to the exhaust plugs.
