(Dict. 18th)

Dear Sirs,

Confirming Mr. Armstrong's and the writer's call yesterday, as arranged in our letter of the 14th, we are immediately reviewing the possibility of providing a valve which will obviate the necessity of fitting an extension so that the valve can be trued in the slot at the periphery of the disc.

We thank you for loaning us a disc and we are carrying out experiments to ascertain the best way of providing for your requirements.

We are also experimenting the possibility of a rubber application to the periphery of the disc by a spray method, and we hope to have some proposals to put before you in the very near future.

Yours faithfully,
For DUNLOP RUBBER CO., LTD.
