Dear Sirs, We thank you for your letter concerning balance weights on the 16" wheel. Objections have been raised to the look of this scheme and our Design Office have put forward an idea shown on the blue print GCD.327, which we send you herewith. Will you please let us know whether you have any objections to such a scheme. If not, we shall go ahead with it, and ask you to supply future wheels drilled accordingly.
