(L) Tufnol Guide bush to armature spindle.
Purpose
To increase the working life and reliability.
Brief Report and Remarks
The Tufnol guide bush has completed 15,000 miles fitted to the pump on 8.B.V. and over 1,400 hours endurance running on the rig.

S.U. petrol pump with Tufnol Guide bush to the armature spindle was introduced at the 1st. chassis in 'C' series without scrap.
No tool cost was involved neither was there any difference in Factory Cost per chassis.
