361 W/N: To Br.{T. E. Bellringer - Repair Manager} from Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Gry.{Shadwell Grylls} Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Gry.{Shadwell Grylls}2/MH.{M. Huckerby}27.6.38. COMPLAINT SHEET N.1111. With regard to this complaint report in which you say there was slack in the needle bearings of the pivot wish-bone joints, we are not sure whether this means the outer wish-bone needle bearings or the bearings at the centre of the car. If the former, it is a trouble we know of, covered by Depot Sheet Hd.{Mr Hayward/Mr Huddy}385, pointing out the necessity for the leather covers to protect the outer bearings. Will you please let us know exactly what the trouble was. Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Gry.{Shadwell Grylls} | ||
