We have to acknowledge receipt of your esteemed letter of the 27th instant, remarks are appreciated, and we are pleased to advise that confirmatory order has been received to-day, Order No.98999. This special assembly we hope to have in your hands within 2/3 days which we trust will be satisfactory. It is our intention to utilise the existing 10" hub forging, and as the dimples are approximately 7/8" diameter it is quite possible that each end of the hub splines will not clean up perfectly.
