1-B-5.

(1). The anatomical front seats of 1-B-5 are a prototype, and our criticism will be appreciated.

(2). Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/FD.{Frank Dodd - Bodies} was asked to report on the rate of filling of the petrol tank of 1-B-5, having a filler in the wing, as a help to future application of this feature.

2-B-5.

(1). This body is going ahead. Mr. Finney will supply a paint pattern to match the rose tinted shade suggested by Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} and suitable samples of headcloth and "off" red leather and carpet to enable us to settle the finishing instructions.

(2). It was agreed to apply to this car wings similar to those proposed for the next batch of B.2 bodies. Ev.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork} will send design of new radiator base and front apron treatment to enable dummy radiator to be modified for the jig. Sheet Steel Running Boards are to be fitted to this car of a lightened design suggested by Mr. Finney.

(3). The steering support in the scuttle of 2-B-5 will be the same as that of 1-B-50.

(4). A modified side spare wheel centre fixing may be required to enable the wings called for in (2) to be applied. Ev.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork} will investigate and if necessary make a design.

3-B-5.

(1). Mr. Finney asked that we settle the design of this body soon, as he is short of work in the Drawing Office. It was agreed that Ev.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork} should produce a design like 2-B-5, but with the following agreed modifications.-

(a). Modern wing treatment.
(b). Increased rear body width of Jaguar.
(c). Swept back with superimposed boot and 'V'backlight.
(d). Twin front Pillars.
(e). Centre pillar moved forward as on Jaguar, to improve access to rear seat.
(f). No running boards.

2-B-50.

Likewise it was agreed that Ev.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork} produced a design for this body based on 1-B-50 with the following modifications.-

(a). Modern treatment of wings, interchangeable with 3-B-5, but with running boards.
