X.4383 - GOSHAWK DYNAMO EXPERIMENTS.

In accordance with the programme outlined in EFC2/T25.9.23, we are handing you dynamo No.562 (lately removed from 3GII) now to have carried out upon it the modifications instructed in By/Ds1/ML15.8.23, namely, easing off the trailing edges of the poles, this being an experiment more particularly upon the dynamo hum.

After you have made the modifications, it should be returned to us for a short test and we shall again return it to you to be put on 3GII as arranged.

EFC.
