Dear Mr. Tombs, I think you have struck a very pleasant note in the way you have treated the Engineering Dept. here, and I feel nearly certain that it will meet with the approval of our Conduit Street Office. If, therefore, you will carry on on these lines, we shall be only too glad to check over the final proof to make sure there are no technical slips contained therein.
