| X356 Re Cotton Fabric Clutches with staples. TBB2/L27712. Mr Nadin 27.7.12. Mr Royce is anxious that we should push forward with our experiments with staples in the cotton fabric clutches. Clutches should be tried in which many staples are used to replace the present rivets, in combination with wire stitched edges.
