Messrs. Rolls-Royce, Ltd., Derby. For the attention of W. A.{Mr Adams} Robotham, Esq. Dear Sirs, We are returning to you either to-day or first thing to-morrow, the petrol tank which you sent us for the installation of the single line gauge. We would ask you to be good enough to complete the manufacture of this tank, by putting in the baffle and end of the tank, and fixing the filler at the height suggested on our sketch, and if it can be managed, return it to us for final calibration, so that we may make a complete gauge set and do one or two very elementary tests on the tank in the shops here.
