Dear Mr. DeLooze,

P. V.{VIENNA} C. Halliwell Deceased.

Since speaking to you on the telephone this morning Mr. Worcester has rung me up to say that he has an important business engagement on Monday which will prevent his coming to Derby on that day. He is however arranging to call upon me with Mrs. Halliwell at 3 p.m. on Tuesday next.

Yours faithfully,
Allan V.{VIENNA} Nutt
