X.4414 P. Peto & Radford Batteries.
Referring to EFC6/T31.3.25, I send you herewith all the correspondence, including a letter from Peto & Radford ref.- M/5, dated 2nd inst. and signed by Mr.Minchin.
Personally I am of opinion that Mr.Minchin might have spared himself all the trouble he has gone to in composing the letter referred to.
I take it that you and By.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} intend that our batteries must be sealed all over the top of the cells to prevent the acid running down into the crate or tray and upon hearing from you to this effect, I will write Peto & Radford.
Please return correspondence with your reply.
