Contd. -2- Oy4/M 23.4.20. A number of such easily adjustable radiator covers are made over here, and in conjunction with a single blanking plate inside the radiator, which might be left on expect under very hot weather conditions ( such as India), we think such an arrangement would prove best for the United States and Canada.
