Referring to BJ19/H.{Arthur M. Hanbury - Head Complaints} 30.9.25. and with reference particularly to the last paragraph, we have already made arrangements with the Dunlop Company that all tyres shall be within the limits of out-of-balance which we have specified. The limits in question are:-

Inner Tube......... 5 ounces, with valve.
Outer Cover........ 4 ounces.

The foregoing will bring us well within the capacity of the balancing scheme supplied.
