In connection with the speedometer, do you wish us to get a special instrument from Smiths for the high geared axle, or will you do so? We feel that the speedometer should read to 110 m.p.h.

? The bonnet sides have been modified by Park Ward & Co. to double louvres. This we have done so that we can completely fit and paint the bonnet here.

A Spinney topscuttle ventilator has been fitted and we are fitting the window xshields which we took from Essex Terraplane.

We take it that the wheels as fitted are correct, as we are having these stove-enamelled blue. We would appreciate the receipt of a correct set of four hub-caps. We do not want the one for the spare wheel or the dummy hub as the wheel is carried in the body.

We suggest that before any even slight engine modifications are tried, we should first of all try the car on Brooklands with the standard H.P. at the road wheels, so thay we can confirm our wind tunnel tests.

Steering Mods.
