COMPLAINT CASE
REPLY TO C.D. for Sg{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD}

Re: F.{Mr Friese} C. Burgess, Esq. Chassis No. 27-RY.

We have been rather anxiously waiting for a report of this springing complaint case in which you were good enough to arrange for Mr. Leslie to journey to Bristol and go into the matter personally with Mrs. Burgess and the driver.
Could you let us know what happened and how successful Mr. Leslie was towards getting the customer satisfied?
