re Bensport Car.

Referring to the final paragraph of your letter EP.{G. Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer}7/H.8.5.33, the car you tried is not fitted with a breather at the moment, which explains the presence of fumes in the body.

The second Bensport is fitted with the scheme we propose to use, in which both carburettors are coupled to an air cleaner, and there is a connection between the air cleaner and the valve rocker cover for drawing off engine fumes. Suitable passage ways have been arranged between the cylinder block and the crankcase for ensuring communication to/the latter.
