Propellor Shafts - 25/30 & Ph.III. We have had trouble on the past test in France on 22-G-V, and on other cars, owing to lack of lubrication of the sliding joints. Some time ago we removed the lubricator on Ph.III and 20/25 (in the latter case only a set screw). We recommend now that a lubricator be fitted so that the gun used for the universal joints can also supply grease to the sliding joint. This can be done every 10,000 miles as now in the instruction book, for the joints. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Gry.{Shadwell Grylls} | ||
