To Hm.{Capt. W. Hallam - Head Repairs} from Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rn.{Mr Robinson} c. to EWT. XZ35 Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/RnL/LG27.11.28. CHASSIS GBH-21. F.H. BLACKMORE ESQ. BRISTOL. + 4118 With reference to Hm{Capt. W. Hallam - Head Repairs}/WW11/W26.11.28. We should like the opportunity of dealing with this complaint. If possible we should like to have the car at the Works. If this is not possible we should like to send a man down with some experimental pieces to see if he can cure the complaint. We were unfortunate with the Barker Trials car which Sales let us have, because the noisiest shock absorbers we could find were barely audible on this car. Whilst we can try the cures we are developing on Mr. Blackmores car, we shall of course have to rely on shock absorbers that are fitted up with the minimum limits to cure the trouble as they are the only thing that are at present standardised.
