Captain Wilks,
The Rover Company Ltd.,
New Meteor Works,
Coventry.

Dear Captain Wilks,

The Rover had a very bad transmission noise when it was delivered, and we have now run it in during which time this noise has become worse. It sounds as if the axle might be in danger of failing, and my wife is therefore bringing the car over to you to-morrow.

The steering of the car is also not very directionally stable, and is nothing like so good as the Demonstration Car which we tried over here. The boom in the back seats is also much worse than the Demonstration Car. There are one or two other minor points, a list of which she will have with her.

I shall be glad if you would have these points put right.

With regard to the Registration Book, as per the attached letter, will you please arrange for this to be sent to Duffield.

Yours sincerely,
