No. H.77670 Part List E.7986 Description of Parts. EXTRA CYLINDER LUBRICATION. Origin. To prevent seizure of pistons during very cold weather, to stop piston knocks. Experimental Test Report. Fitted to 23-EX. Oil feeds immediately engine is started. There is no trouble with over-oiling if left on. No piston knocks audible. Road Test Report. Fitted to 25-EX and run 10,000 miles in France. No piston knocks were audible throughout the test. Condition of cylinders was very good. Oil immediately feeds the cylinder bores as started. Weight of Old Part. Weight of New Part.
