Lucas where to obtain deliveries of Steatite. What he had in his mind was the manufacture of some plugs experimentally, as he considered that we ought to be able to produce plugs ourselves, but thought the first step along the road was to obtain information with reference to the supply of Steatite, which, when obtainable, I would submit to him.
