REC'D AT WW. 28.1.29. ORIGINAL C. to BJ. WOR{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager} B. SG.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} C CARS - STEERING COLUMN CONTROL. x7430 x5430 7240 5240 It will be remembered that some of our users have suggested that these would be better lower. DA.{Bernard Day - Chassis Design} is working at this I hope, and I would like it included in SS.{S. Smith} and G.4. If we cannot get it low enough by flattening the controls we can dish the steering wheel somewhat more. The larger steering wheels should be standard on both cars as soon as possible. I think no-one would complain at having the slightly larger wheel. R.{Sir Henry Royce} | ||
