Maserati V.8 Racer.

(1) The engine is 90° V.8. 8.4 m.m. (?) x 108 m.m.
(2) Separate C.I. blocks for each pair of cylinders. There is a gap of about 2½" between each pair of blocks.
(3) Side by side rods.
(4) Overhead camshafts, apparently placed directly over in-line valves.
(5) Overall width about 30", length of blocks about 28".
(6) Blower in front of engine driven from extension of crankshaft. Induction system drains down to carb. all the way. Single inlet port for each pair of cylinders.
(7) Steering box mounted in the V.{VIENNA}
