Re LIST OF WORST FEATURES.
Hsl/LGso.11.27

We had not intended our list to show the maximum number of complaints, but had only put the various points down so that they might be pushed up as you deal with the really important items, and we endeavoured to put them in the order of importance.

We quite agree with you that this list should not be used for re-designing the chassis except, of course, so far as a detail is concerned which constitutes a matter of complaint from customers which it is agreed should receive attention.

Really the various items were put on the list in order to keep them in mind.

It seems to me, for the purpose of this half-dozen bad features, we have given you a long list of various items and the best way would be for you to pick out what you consider the first six, as this depends to a great extent upon what you feel you can do in the way of imporvement; and then add, say another half-dozen, so that they can be worked upon as the first half-dozen become dealt with.

Our lists indicate roughly what we consider are the items most complained of by customers so far as order of precedence is concerned.

This applies to the 40/50 h.p. and the 20 h.p.
