48940 Expl: Dept: Messrs. Rolls-Royce Ltd., Derby. 15th. May 1925. Hotel de France, Chateauroux, Indre, France. To Mr. Hancock from Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} We should like you to continue running 93-NK car at Chateauroux until you receive further instructions. It would appear that it will be sometime before we can get 98-NK car out again because R.{Sir Henry Royce} wishes to fit a number of new pieces. We should like you to let us know how the points on the battery contact breaker are going on since the condenser connections were cleaned free from oil. If they start going again, we should like you to square them up again and then run on battery ignition only to see whether firing both ignitions has anything to do with this fault.
