Flexible Blade Fans.

Our last attempt at endurance on a Ph.III fan of this type showed cracks developing on the base of the blades after about 5 hours at 4250 R.P.M.

To overcome this we propose to put a stiffening strip on each side of the blade instead of on the front only.

Will you please rebuild the Ph.III flexible fan, which we will hand to you with stiffening strips of the present type on both sides of the blade and rebuild the two cracked blades by two new ones of the same thickness.

With regard to the 20/25 and Bentley flexible fans which you are building for us - Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Std.4/JH.15.5.36. - we have not yet received these fans and since they are not completed, we should like you to incorporate the above modification on them.
