20/25 CLUTCH SLIP.

We have confirmed that Hd.{Mr Hayward/Mr Huddy} is giving .010" pitch line slack each side of the tooth, i.e. a total of .020". We suggest this should be done at N. also.

We think also that instead of testing each tooth separately a complete circular gauge should be used so that errors in division of the teeth are corrected.

In any case after carrying out the modification it should be possible to feel the pitch line clearance.
