AGENDA - ARISING OUT OF DAILY CONFERENCES.

Mr.Wormald.

1. U.S.A. question. - Any attempt to make chassis different to English chassis.

2. Supplies.
(a) Immediate. These have been dealt with in the Daily Conferences, and are in a good position.

(b) Danger points for 2000 chassis in 1921. This is still under discussion; Mr. Whitehead is preparing a list with a view as to whether we could not make certain articles here at the Works.

(c) Self contained for 1000 chassis in 1922. This question is partly included in supply section (b). The Conference has discussed on several occasions what parts we could make with advantage in our Works at Derby. Mr. Haldenby is going into the question of cost of tools and machinery for making Radiators.
