I notice that the Standardization Sheet X.No.8260 has been passed in connection with the use of the 20 HP bonnet clip on Phantom bonnets.
You will consider to what extent action should be taken in this matter arising out of the fact that the clips on the bonnet of 11-EX during the last 6,000 miles, have been entirely unsatisfactory and have refused to function on the offside in any way. The springs of the fittings appear to be too weak.
