Dear Sirs,

Attention of Mr. Artiss.

We have received your delivery schedule instructions of the 13th inst., regarding the bearings which you propose experimenting with made in RR. AC.6.material.

We very much regret to state that there will be a little further delay on this job before we are able to deliver, as the Research and Technical Staff of Rolls Royce have now found slight modifications an added advantage to these bearings, which may be considered an actual improvement, and as we wish you to have the full benefit of any possible improvement we are looking into this matter with the Rolls Royce staff, and as soon as it is possible to despatch these bearings to you you may rest assured that we will lose no time in manufacturing same.

We trust you will leave this matter to us to get through in the shortest possible time, but as mentioned above this matter may take a week or two to complete.

Yours faithfully,
For WELLWORTHY PISTON RINGS LTD.,

Technical Manager.
