We note you think this trouble was entirely due to the retaining nuts not being properly screwed down in the first instance and that you are sending a note to Test Dept. Final Inspection asking them to pay special attention to this on cars in future.

We are writing The Central Garage advising them that they need have no fear of this occurring again as long as these nuts are kept tight.
