(8) Steering Lock. Steadman will find out where the steering arms have got to which allow for the increased steering lock.

(9) Leslie will let me have recommendations as to what should be done to reduce the tyre wear.

(10) Bowerring will report on the progress made by Smith's and Lockheed's on the Jacks.

(11) Hardy will issue a complete report on what we have already done on SpectreCodename for Phantom III steering, and a programme of the experiments in hand.

(12) Swindall will instruct for more efficient grummetts to be fitted to the valves of SpectreCodename for Phantom III 9 unit when it goes into the shop.

(13) Whyman will fit the weaker clutch springs to the red car when the new clutch plate is fitted and report as to their efficiency. It may be necessary to make a number of standing starts on Green Bank to prove their efficiency.

(14) Swindall will push along with the tests on his SpectreCodename for Phantom III test bed unit where the tappet is held off the cam.

(15) Hancock will report on the condition of his Fescollised tappets on his 10,000 miles SpectreCodename for Phantom III.

(16) Salt will report on the leak test on the Stromberg carburetter.

(17) Rn.{Mr Robinson} will take up with E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} the question of exhaust valves on the SpectreCodename for Phantom III. No 10 Unit

(18) Whyman will make a test to see that the last 5 gallons can be drawn out of the 33-gallon SpectreCodename for Phantom III tanks.

(19) Swindall will go into the cracking of the strap type connecting rods on Mx{John H Maddocks - Chief Proving Officer}'s SpectreCodename for Phantom III engine, and arrange for the shop to magnetically test our own.
