Mr. R.{Sir Henry Royce} Summers' Car, B-65-AE.

The above car was finally delivered to Park Wards after Mr. Summers and Hn.{F. C. Honeyman - Retail orders} had checked over the various body faults. Hn.{F. C. Honeyman - Retail orders} will try to have the car ready for Tuesday, but as Mr. Summers gave a list of about 18 other points requiring attention apart from the wings etc., he has his doubts whether it will be finished in time.

Below is given a list of faults noticed on the journey to London :-

Gear lever rattles badly.
Nearside rear brake squeaks on initial application.
Brake pedal uneven in movement (Servo ?).
Front brakes grab slightly on final pull up (dry).
Flywheel whistle bad, especially at high speeds.
Bonnet clips loose on bonnet strips.
Bonnet wearing badly by rubbing on wings and bonnet strips.
