In connection with the investigation of the above item, with a view to effecting economies, the following are two suggestions:- (a) Deletion of Cadmium Plating. (b) Deletion of the maching grinding on P.III. Springs. The savings which can be effected are as follows:- (a) P.III. - 3/6d. per Spring. 25/30-HP. 11/- " set. BENTLEY. 9/2d.
