Dear Mr.Minchin,

Thank you for your further letter of the 10th inst. in regard to your tungsten contact points.

This is somewhat of a mystery as we have heard from all other directions of very little dissatisfaction in this direction. In view of what you say however, we are making more serious enquiries and will write you again on the matter when we are able to arrive at suitable answers to your various queries.
